Bring the item and proof of purchase to our physical store to initiate your return. -
Inspection
Our team will inspect the item to confirm eligibility based on the conditions above. -
Approval & Refund
Once verified, your return will be processed.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping and delivery charges (if any at time of purchase) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products.

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same return process and select a replacement product in-store.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Please visit our store within 48 hours of receipt with the product and proof of purchase.
