We are committed to providing durable, modern, and energy-efficient products that enhance comfort, safety, and aesthetics in every environment. From elegant ceiling lights, decorative garden and outdoor lighting, and versatile home lighting, to essential electrical accessories such as switches, sockets, wiring devices, and installation components, we deliver reliable solutions designed to meet the needs of homeowners, contractors, electricians, and commercial clients. Detailed descriptions of each service offered can be found on our website or in specific service agreements.
3. User Obligations
– Clients must provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
– Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with the Services.
– Clients agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only.
4. Payments and Fees
– Orders placed are subject to acceptance.
– Payment must be made at checkout using the available methods.
– Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).
– All payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice.
– The Company reserves the right to change its fees at any time, with prior notice to the Clients.
– Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Cancellation and Termination
– Clients may cancel their service agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
– The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any term of this Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
– All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed by the Company are the property of Risegen Power.
– Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
7. Confidentiality
– Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.
– This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
– The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.
– The Company’s total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
– The Company provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
– The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Governing Law
– This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
– Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
11. Amendments
– The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
– Clients are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
